Ordering Method
You can purchase via "online ordering", "telephone ordering", or "in-store purchase".
1. Online Ordering: After logging into the Dr. Face website, select the product you need and click "Checkout" to place your order. 2. Telephone Ordering: (Our products are sold at low profit margins, and the prices are already the lowest available. Therefore, the prices for telephone orders are based on the online prices and cannot be negotiated. We appreciate your understanding.)
If you are not comfortable ordering online, please note down the "product name" you need and call our order hotline at 04-22138168. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you. Cash on delivery
To ensure the safety of our customers, we offer a "cash on delivery" service. Simply pay for the goods after delivery. Free shipping is available for orders over NT$3,500. Orders under NT$3,500 will incur a shipping fee of NT$150 per item, plus a service fee for cash on delivery, as detailed below:
For purchases between NT$1 and NT$2,000, an additional NT$30 will be charged; for purchases between NT$2,001 and NT$5,000, an additional NT$60 will be charged; for purchases between NT$5,001 and NT$10,000, an additional NT$90 will be charged; for purchases between NT$10,001 and NT$20,000, an additional NT$120 will be charged; for purchases between NT$20,001 and NT$25,000, an additional NT$150 will be charged; and for purchases between NT$25,001 and NT$30,000, an additional NT$180 will be charged.
ATM transfer or bank transfer
When you are unable to receive and pay for the goods in person, you can choose "ATM transfer or bank transfer". After we receive the payment, we will deliver the goods you ordered to the designated location. Free shipping is available for orders over 3,500 yuan. For orders under 3,500 yuan, a shipping fee of 150 yuan per item will be charged.

If you use an ATM, it's available 24 hours a day, including holidays, and the funds will be automatically credited to your account within 1-2 hours. 1.
