Our dedication to developing noodles is like pursuing a doctoral degree – layer upon layer of care and effort. We are courageous in overcoming weather and environmental challenges. We will identify any factor that might affect the taste and quality of our noodles and find ways to overcome it, ensuring that the quality of our noodles remains consistent.

Our noodles use only the simplest ingredients: flour, water, and salt. We utilize the latest noodle-making machinery, paying meticulous attention to every step from dough mixing, resting, rolling, shaping, and finally, noodle production. We even have a custom-designed eight-step rolling process – that's the secret to our delicious noodles!
