1. Place the noodles into boiling water and stir with chopsticks to prevent them from sticking together.
2. After the water boils, reduce the heat or add half a cup of cold water, and adjust the cooking time of the noodles to the right firmness (adjust the time to 4-5 minutes according to personal taste).
3. After the noodles are cooked, remove them from the water and rinse them with cold water.
